about GroupSpace

GroupSpace is a program in support of collaborative spaces on campus. As the trend in classes is towards more and more group work involving a variety of technologies ranging from whiteboards to interactive technology to shared displays, Academic Computing and Residential Computing are moving forward to meet these needs.

GroupSpace lets teams work faster and more efficiently and offers the following benefits:

• A space designated for group work
• Large tables for multiple team members and documents
• Tidebreak TeamSpot Collaboration software
• Large community LCD display(s)
• Large whiteboards (Meyer Library only)

Future plans include presentation equipment and whiteboard capture.
